Since his graduation from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Carl has earned numerous awards and received much press coverage throughout his career.

Kathy is the "hands on" matriarch of the company, performing the tasks necessary to ensure things run smoothly.

Next, are our two sons. Mason has nearly 20 years of professional food service and corporate sales experience, specializing in wholesale distribution and marketing. Matt is the knowledgeable sales and customer service component, completing the family tree.

We round out the operation through the use of our local neighbors, who assist us in providing you with the finest "hand crafted" products available.

We might not be the most tech savvy smokehouse, but we sure know how to smoke seafood!
