HRVST Return Policy

Quality Guarantee:

If in the rare case a product is unsatisfactory, HRVST Chef's Market will guarantee the product under the following guidelines: 

  • Perishable Products: The customer or sales representative must notify HRVST Chef's Market if a product is unsatisfactory within 24 hours after confirmed delivery.
  • Non-Perishable Products: The customer or sales representative must notify HRVST Chef's Market if a product is unsatisfactory within 48 hours after confirmed delivery.
  • HRVST Chef's Market reserves the right to have any products returned for inspection before any credit will be processed. HRVST Chef's Market will supply the customer with all return materials needed (shipping labels). 

HRVST Chef's Market Error:

If an error is a result of an incorrect product being shipped by HRVST Chef's Market, we will replace the product with the correct item at no additional cost to the customer. Please use the following guidelines for credits and returns: 

  • Perishable Products: The customer or sales representative must notify HRVST Chef's Market if a product is unsatisfactory within 24 hours after confirmed delivery.
  • Non-Perishable Products: The customer or sales representative must notify HRVST Chef's Market if a product is unsatisfactory within 48 hours after confirmed delivery.

Refused Product:

HRVST Chef's Market is not responsible for products that are returned at the time of delivery to shipping agents (FedEx or UPS). All returns must follow the following procedures:

  • NO credit will be given for products returned to shipping agents (FedEx or UPS).
  • All products must be received, signed for, and taken custody of before the return or credit process can take place.
  • The customer and HRVST Chef's Market are responsible for all product cost liability for any items returned to shipping agents (FedEx or UPS) at the time of delivery. 

Order Entry Error:

Credit requests or returns that are a result of an HRVST Chef's Market employee or salesperson error or any error related to the incorrect submission of an order shall follow the following guidelines: 

  • Perishable Products: The customer or sales representative must notify HRVST Chef's Market if a product is unsatisfactory within 24 hours after confirmed delivery.
  • Non-Perishable Products: The customer or sales representative must notify HRVST Chef's Market if a product is unsatisfactory within 48 hours after confirmed delivery.
  • HRVST Chef's Market reserves the right to have any products returned for inspection before any credit will be processed. HRVST Chef's Market will supply the customer with shipping labels for return.
  • These refunds and returns will be granted at the discretion of HRVST Chef's Market.
  • HRVST Chef's Market may at any time refuse refunds or returns on order errors or customer return requests.
  • HRVST Chef's Market reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original product cost.
  • Both shipping costs associated with the delivery of the item to the customer and the shipping costs associated with the return of the item to HRVST Chef's Market shall not be refunded and will be deducted from the returned dollar value of the item. 

Customer Return Request:

Returns in which the customer ordered in error or the customer no longer wants the products shall follow the following guidelines: 

  • Perishable Products: The customer or sales representative must notify HRVST Chef's Market if a product is unsatisfactory within 24 hours after confirmed delivery.
  • Non-Perishable Products: The customer or sales representative must notify HRVST Chef's Market if a product is unsatisfactory within 48 hours after confirmed delivery.
  • These refunds and returns will be granted at the discretion of HRVST Chef's Market.
  • HRVST Chef's Market may at any time refuse refunds or returns on order errors or customer return requests.
